Don’t get all hot and bothered, its nowhere near as exciting as you think! I mentioned last week that I was having problems with my Elinchrom lights, in that I’d blown up or broken over half of them. To make things worse the UK importers are shite and hold no stock of the single user replacable component in the light. Ten mins on Google gave me a very easy and cheap solution: Order them from the Dutch importers instead! Slightly delayed by a weekend and a bit of DHL buggering about, five tubes arrived today, all intact, and very gratefully received. So if you need Elinchrom bits or spares order them here. http://www.fotoflits.nl/ Their site can even cope with VAT.
