Just a quick note about support emails.
We’ve noticed that some ISPs have still block our emails, which isn’t nice, as we’re trying to run a business too. This week sbcglobal.net are bouncing our emails and stopping you from getting support, but usually it’s AOL. We don’t spam and we have all the reverse DNS setting setup correctly, therefore I find it incredibly annoying that both you and I are inconvenienced in this way.
So, if your support request is answered from a hotmail email address its because we’re attempting to get our mails through do you – inspite of the best efforts of your ISP to stop us.
